We have 169 regular storage units

• Sizes - 5'x10' , 10'x10' , 10'x15' , 10'x20' , 10'x25', 10'x30'
• The ceiling height follows the pitch of the roof up to 13' feet
• The ceiling has a vapour barrier with 1" insulation to prevent condensation The floor is treated to prevent cement dust

Climate Control

• We have 32 climate control units with radiant floor heat
• These units are 5'x10' and 10'x10' with a 9' ceiling
• Access to these units are through a door with a key pad entry into a heated corridor.

Security

• Each individual door has its own Guardian Locking System Security that is virtually tamper proof and can not be cut off. There is also room for you to put own own locks on.
• Video surveillance system
• Buildings are well light by dawn-to-dusk lights.
